About Me
I believe in genuine connections, self-compassion, and every person’s right to thrive.
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker working under the supervision of Leah Niehaus, LCSW to provide therapy services to teens, young adults, and families.
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge. During my time in graduate school, I gained experience providing counseling services for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties and their families at Providence St. John’s Child and Family Development Center. I also spent time providing direct support to college students with Intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Before beginning my journey as a therapist and social worker, I received my B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I then spent a few years working in advertising in Los Angeles before taking the leap to follow my heart in the mental health field.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me spending time with loved ones, dancing at music festivals, or trying out new baking recipes.
